Assistant Franchise Manager

We are expecting a sincere and eager person for this full-time administrative role. Here is a description of the general work profile and the key outcomes to be achieved

• Verify the salary calculations of the offline staff and the finance calculations submitted by the franchisees and online teachers.
• Prepare the payslip for offline staff, online staff and Franchises every month.
• Ensure that the shares of Kalaikudam are transferred by the franchisees every month
• Prepare the franchise agreements, keep track of the renewal periods and prepare the franchise renewal agreements.
• Collect the list of promoted students and prepare and send the course completion certificates for students.
• Check the regularity of updating social media pages of all franchises.
• Maintain the schedule of franchise painting classes.
• Maintain a list of all online and offline students along with their details.
• Collect and store the syllabus for art classes in Drives; send to teachers as needed.
• Monitor the process of syllabus updation whenever it happens, review and confirm the updated syllabus.
• Training of new teachers - schedule and guide with training, issue certificate
• Coordinate the development and management of Kalaikudam and College website.
• Collect feedback from parents about our classes - through phone calls or feedback forms.
• Plan and organize meetings and collate information for them.
• Help enroll new online students and schedule classes for them.
