Assistant Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

• Prepare consolidated financial statements of the Group
• Prepare standalone financial statements

Month-End Closing

• Support in month end closing activities like forex run of AP and AR, balance reclass entries.
• Review of BS/PnL schedules of various areas.
• Lease accounting entries and maintain the lease tracker.

Reconciliations & Controls

• Prepare and review key reconciliations including intercompany, and vendor/customer balances.
• Identify and resolve open items within timelines.

Audit & Compliance

• Support statutory and internal audits by ensuring timely availability of audit schedules and documentation.

System & Process Improvements

• Work with tech teams/ERP to automate repetitive tasks and streamline accounting processes.
• Drive SOP implementation and internal control enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 02 years of post-qualification experience or Non-CA with 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Prior experience in controllership, accounting is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS).
• Hands-on with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
