Assistant Finance Associate

As an Assistant Finance Associate at T.P.L. Global, you will be supporting the U.S. operations of a premier law firm that specializes in U.S. immigration matters. Your role will involve managing the firm's finances, analyzing financial data, and advising on financial strategies for future margin growth. You will work closely with the Founder to ensure the execution of the firm's long-term strategic plan for growth and development. Key Responsibilities: - Manage finances of the firm - Track cash flow - Analyze financial data - Advise on financial strategies for future margin growth - Identify key metrics for the firm's long-term strategic plan - Prepare the firm's four financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flow, and statement of retained earnings Qualifications Required: - Consistently motivated and detail-oriented - Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English - Business degree preferred - Experience in finance and business strategy If you are the ideal candidate for this role, you can expect compensation between Rs. 23,000-27,000 per month based on your experience.
