Key Responsibilities

1. Product Planning & Development

• Assist in planning seasonal collections across product categories.
• Coordinate with design, production, and sourcing teams to ensure timely sampling and approvals.
• Maintain line sheets, costing sheets, and tech packs.
• Conduct trend research, fabric sourcing, and competitor benchmarking.

2. Inventory & Order Management

• Track stock levels and ensure replenishment based on sales velocity.
• Coordinate with production and logistics for order fulfillment and dispatches.
• Support in purchase order creation, vendor follow-ups, and production timelines.

3. Merchandising Analytics

• Analyze sales performance by category, SKU, and collection to identify fast- and slow-moving items.
• Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to optimize product visibility and pricing.

4. Visual & E-commerce Merchandising

• Assist in planning product launches, catalog shoots, and online merchandising.
• Ensure correct product data, imagery, and descriptions across all selling platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.).
• Coordinate cross-department communication between design, marketing, and operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Management, Textile Design, or related field.
• 12 years of relevant experience in merchandising, production coordination, or retail buying (fashion/apparel).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Shopify, Canva, and basic ERP tools.
• Understanding of fabric types, dyeing techniques, and garment construction.
• Passion for handcrafted and sustainable fashion.
