Assistant Farm Manager

As an Assistant Farm Manager, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Ensure that the CCTV cameras are always functioning properly and are in working condition 24X7. - Maintain the ashram stocked with necessary supplies and ensure all equipment is in proper working order. - Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, IT companies, and various agencies for timely servicing (AMC) and repair of gadgets and appliances. - Adhere to SOPs and report to the concerned person. - Keep stock updated and procure supplies from the market if required. - Supervise the work of gardeners if necessary. - Monitor and ensure proper performance of cooks and sweepers according to SOPs. - Arrange the arrival and accommodation of others efficiently. - Handle documentation accurately. - Administer daily office tasks. - Perform daily chores to ensure smooth operation of the ashram. - Assist your manager in his absence. - Report all work to your senior. - Address minor plumbing and electrical issues. Qualifications required: - Graduate - 5-7 years of experience in the same field - Previous experience in team handling is preferred. - Ability to work independently. - Proficiency in MS Office.
