Assistant Facility Manager Technical
What this job involves:As a Assistant Facility Manager Technical at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees. What your day-to-day will look like:
Manage and coordinate all technical aspects of facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systemsDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of building systemsLead and mentor a team of technical staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvementAnalyze and optimize energy consumption, identifying opportunities for sustainability and cost reductionEnsure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policiesCollaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to address facility-related issues and implement solutionsPrepare and manage budgets for facility maintenance and improvement projectsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or related technical roleStrong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbingProficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Facilities Management or related fieldProfessional certifications such as FMP, CFM, or PMPExperience with sustainable building practices and energy managementKnowledge of building automation systems and IoT technologiesFamiliarity with project management methodologiesMulti-site facility management experienceBilingual proficiencyScheduled Weekly Hours:
