Below is the Job Description : Printing, Stationary & HK-Consumables Overlook stocks, consumptions pattern. Front Desk Operations Overlook FD in sync with Front office Executive. Client Visits: Manage client visits and ensure guests are comfortable while in office, arrange for transport, snacks, Lunch and Dinner if required. Events Handling Manage events like team outings, support HR with events. House-Keeping Cleanliness of office area and Restrooms Electro-Mechanical Smooth operations of Air-conditioners/UPS/CCTV/Access Control/Electricity Panels/NOVEC systems. Maintain all office equipment. Security Man-power management, adherence to company process. Vendor Payments Ensure all invoices are submitted timely to finance and payments are being done on timely basis. Overlook the same with team. Environmental Health & Safety - Ensure compliance for Pollution Control Board & Safety measure for associates. Vendor AMCs Ensure all vendor AMCs are renewed on a timely basis. Maintain a tracker. Preventive Maintenance Ensure compliance is met and all maintenance activities are happening in a smooth manner as per schedule. Maintain a 52 week calender. Repair, Maintenance & Projects Have good knowledge and understanding, drive any such activities in-sync with team and vendors. Adhoc Requests Ensure all such requests are met in sync with the team.
