As a Formulation Development Scientist, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Responsible for formulation and process development of Solid Orals, Liquid Orals, and Semi Solids dosage form. - Designing protocol and development plan for new products. - Design and execute formulation trials and evaluate stability data to finalize formulation composition. - Tentative Costing BOM and trial BOM preparation to execute the trial. - Preparation of supporting documents to carry out stability studies and resolve product stability issues. - Develop manufacturing processes for R&D formulations to ensure successful technical transfer for large-scale batches. - Write master formulas, manufacturing procedures, stability protocols, and validation reports. - Support technology transfer for manufacturing processes from laboratory scale to production scale. - Develop FSSAI / AYUSH, EU and US FDA compliant Supplement Facts, Nutrition Facts label from product formula. - Create and review production Master Formula record and Manufacturing batch Record. Qualifications required for this role: - 5-6 years of experience in formulation development for pharmaceutical dosage forms.,
