Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Executive - Packing to join our team at Ravenbhel Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., with 2-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the packing process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Coordinate with production teams to meet packaging demands and deadlines.
Develop and implement new packaging designs and technologies to enhance efficiency.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in the packaging process.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Proven experience in packaging operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting.
Strong knowledge of packaging materials, equipment, and processes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
