Responsible to perform maintenance inspections and repairs mentioned in the maintenance manual as scheduled in order to reduce the Breakdown hours.
Identify and correct problems in mechanical designs and installations by using root cause failure analysis.
Proper allocation of manpower and efficient utilisation of their skills
Reduce the consumption of Fuel, Lubricants & Conveyors
Identification of the spare parts, indent the material as per requirement. Analysis of inventory of spare parts & inventory and consumables control.
Create safety awareness in the department and ensure zero major accidents in the department.

Job Specification

Good Knowledge in usage of the Equipment handling centrifugal pumps,
hydraulics and pneumatics
,Utilities, components, screw compressors, D G Set, Fork lifts, vacuum system & hatschek machines are preferred.
Good knowledge to execute Preventive Maintenance Schedule leading to the reduction in the Preventive maintenance hours.
Responsible for implementation of 5S & TPM.
Ability to initiate safety Measures to reduce accidents.
Should have Technical knowledge and Good man management skills.
