Assistant Email Marketing Manager

As an email marketer at Eventible.com, your role will involve taking ownership of email campaign planning and execution. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Crafting marketing automation workflows and executing drip campaigns. - Owning production responsibilities from email calendar planning to campaign implementation and execution. - Measuring and reporting performance, executing A/B tests, and implementing optimization strategies where necessary. - Troubleshooting technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, email opt-outs, and other aspects of email execution. - Demonstrating familiarity with database management. - Analyzing past and current email campaign performance to propose strategies that enhance engagement based on analytical insights. - Championing the continuous advancement of marketing automation features and capabilities. - Designing, supporting, and executing email marketing campaigns to facilitate effective communication with diverse customer segments and personas. - Managing the creative development of email templates and landing pages. - Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing performance to improve conversion rates, increase ROI, prevent contact fatigue, and optimize the content strategy and journey. Qualifications required for this role: - 4-6 years of relevant experience. - Experience with marketing automation. - Experience with end-to-end email campaign management. - Experience with campaign reporting, analysis, and optimization. - Strong knowledge of and familiarity with email marketing best practices.
