Assistant Director - Production

As an Assistant Director at Noida Sector 16A, you will be responsible for overseeing the shoot process of AAFT Online under the guidance and direction of the Head of Department (HOD). Your role will involve managing and ensuring smooth studio and offsite operations. You will direct videographers on multi-camera setups, lighting, set design, and actor preparation under the guidance of the HOD. Additionally, you will oversee studio maintenance, equipment responsibility, manage footage effectively, and ensure all aspects of the shoot are under control. Key Responsibilities: - Handle pre-production logistics and organize all pre-production tasks, including content sorting and preparation. - Oversee and organize studio operations, including lighting, set design, and actor preparation as per the guidance of the HOD. - Manage multi-camera filming to ensure high-quality footage and smooth transitions. - Guide cameramen during shoots to control sound, lighting, and focus according to the direction of the HOD. - Manage studio maintenance and equipment responsibility, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. - Ensure all aspects and requests for the shoot are under control, following the direction of the HOD. - Properly store and handle recorded content for effective footage management. Qualifications: Experience: - Proven experience in production coordination and assistant directing. - Familiarity with multi-camera setups and production equipment. Skills: - Organizational skills for managing pre-production and studio operations. - Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic production environment. Technical Knowledge: - Understanding of lighting, set design, and cameras. - Knowledge of studio maintenance, equipment management, and post-production processes.
