Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Sales Marketing position at Hotel Ramhan Palace, located in New Delhi. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to attract potential clients, managing reservations, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with the reception and food and beverage teams to create a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities also include building relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
• Experience with Reservations and Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction

• Minimum 5 years

  in hotel sales (corporate, travel trade, MICE, OTA management, etc.). Out of this,

  2–3 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role

  is usually expected.
• Experience must be

  hotel-specific

  — general sales experience from other industries is usually not enough for this level.
• Familiarity with Receptionist Duties and administrative tasks in a hospitality setting
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Proven sales and marketing experience within the hospitality industry
• Proficiency with hospitality software and booking systems is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Degree or certification in hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred
