As the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Grand Hyatt Kochi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be on meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. You will function as both the Assistant Business Manager and Assistant Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, overseeing the successful operation of all outlets and banquets to maintain the hotel's standards and drive profitability.
