As an Assistant Director Admin at our organization, your role will involve overseeing the smooth functioning of the office on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for various aspects including office space management, utilities, staff working hours, scheduling maintenance activities, and housekeeping. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing overall administration functions of the organization. - Handling day-to-day admin operations and providing solutions to employee/customer needs. - Supervising a team of supervisors in admin and facility management. - Managing vendor relations for admin functions. - Ensuring security and safety of office premises. - Arranging cost-effective travel and logistics for staff. - Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of work. - Organizing spaces for meetings, trainings, and events. - Reviewing and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures. - Maintaining office supplies and equipment. - Assisting in establishing company policies and procedures. - Developing growth plans for the organization. - Handling RTI queries/replies and Assembly/Parliament queries. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate/Post-graduate in business administration, management, or a related field. - 10-15 years of experience in administrative management or financial reporting.
