Assistant Designer

As a Designer specializing in Textile, Shoe Design, Product Design, and Leather Design, you have the opportunity to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan, on a full-time basis. Your main responsibilities will include developing innovative concepts for textiles, shoes, leather products, and other goods. You will utilize digital tools such as Canva and the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to craft compelling designs and marketing materials. Additionally, you will oversee production management, collaborating with suppliers and artisans to ensure timely project delivery. Your role requires effective collaboration with team members to enhance processes and products, maintaining a strong aesthetic sense that aligns with the brand's identity. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree or diploma in Textile Design, Shoe Design, Product Design, Leather Design, or a related field. Proficiency in digital design tools like Canva and the Adobe Suite is essential. Experience in managing production workflows, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a small team environment are crucial.
