Your role requires effective collaboration with team members to enhance processes and products, maintaining a strong aesthetic sense that aligns with the brand's identity. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree or diploma in Textile Design, Shoe Design, Product Design, Leather Design, or a related field. Proficiency in digital design tools like Canva and the Adobe Suite is essential. Experience in managing production workflows, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a small team environment are crucial.
