Assistant Design Coordinator

Role Overview: As an Assistant Design Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the interior design team, focusing primarily on hospitality projects such as hotels, restaurants, and cafes. Your role will involve assisting in various aspects of the design process, from creating mood boards to ensuring the final execution aligns with the client's vision. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate on the creation of mood boards and visual concepts tailored to meet client requirements. - Source furniture and materials, liaise with vendors to obtain samples, quotes, and establish delivery timelines. - Utilize furniture knowledge to recommend or customize pieces that complement the project theme. - Review shop drawings and design layouts for accuracy. - Assist in budget preparation. - Create basic 3D models or renderings using tools such as SketchUp. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture is required, a related field degree may also be acceptable. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong communication and team coordination skills. - Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Desirable skills include experience in hospitality interior design, knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray or Lumion, and previous vendor and site coordination experience.,
