Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales Contract & Agreements •
Evaluate Sales Contract and agreement.
• Evaluate the Legal contract and GPA along with legal Dept.
• Verify Sales Order (VK11)
2. Monitoring Payments and AR Days
• Prepare report and presentation on Debtors, Sales, Dash Board, MIS data for management review
• Conduct Debtors review with KAM
• Co-ordinate with Dispatch team to timely verify the Supplementary invoice / Credit notes
• Monitor Customer Tooling / Die Tracker Sheet and issue tooling invoices on timely basis. (Collect Tooling invoices from SCM where tooling is with suppliers)
3. Achieve Targeted GVA
• Ensure GVA data verification and get approvals from respective HODs • Monitor Customer Rate Amendments for Quarterly, Half yearly, Yearly basis for timely execution of contracts.
• Monitor Raw Material Data and based on this prepare the RM Variation Sheet. Present to the customers (for settlement of RM prices impacting final product prices)
• Ensure customer debit note / credit note checking and get it approved
4. Performance Monitoring, Reviews & Improvements
• Prepare Customer Satisfaction reports and analysis of the same
Monitor performance with respect to Budgets (ASP, Midterm & Long-Term Plan, MSP) with variance analysis
• Maintain the Sales KPIs data and analyze RFQ conversion, New RFQs data, NPDR data
• Implement cost saving projects in various department process by eliminating waste
• Drive the Documentation of TS16949 Audit activities, • Ensure execution of IATF and TPM.
