Job Description

As an Assistant / Deputy Manager Digital Services at KONE, you will play a crucial role in CRM & Sales Management for all digital products & solutions, including training the Sales team on potential identification, Opportunity creation & closure. You will be responsible for examining Sales competency for value selling of digital solutions and analyzing data on lost contracts to identify reasons & customer feedbacks. Additionally, you will analyze data from cross-functional teams to improve the value delivery of 24/7 connected services. Your responsibilities will also include understanding customer needs through branch teams, collecting feedback, and sharing inputs with the Management team. You will train Sales & Operations teams on the usage of digital tools like KONE Online, KONE Mobile, Planner tools, and develop case studies to demonstrate value benefits to customers using KOL / Planner reports. Identifying market & internal challenges for increasing penetration of digital services & supporting resolution will also be part of your role, along with understanding & implementing new projects/changes in new processes related to digital solutions and supporting end-to-end activities of Digital Services - Sales & Retention. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales with an overall experience of 5 to 10 years. You should possess strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, be a skilled influencer of internal players, and have a strong capability in planning and execution. A willingness to drive for change, being business-oriented, a good collaborator, adept at data analysis, and having basic knowledge of 24/7 CS & IoT are essential. Thorough knowledge of Maintenance processes and familiarity with Microsoft packages (Excel, Powerpoint, etc) are also required.
