Assistant / Deputy Manager – Design – Equipment (FEA)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Design Engineer (FEA) to join our Equipment Division in Pune. The candidate should have a solid background in designing bulk material handling systems and conducting FEA analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Detailed Engineering for equipment like:
• Stacker Reclaimers (Bucket Wheel/Circular Type)
• Scrapper Reclaimers (Portal/Side Scrapper)
• Bridge Reclaimers, Ship Loaders/Unloaders, Wagon Tipplers
• FEA using Nastran/ANSYS
• 3D Modeling and Fabrication Drawings in SolidWorks
• GA Drawing, Stockpile Layout & BOM creation
• Basic engineering calculations for mechanical systems
• O&M Manual preparation
• Co-ordination with cross-functional teams (Electrical, C&I, Construction, Proposal)

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with FEA software (ANSYS/Nastran)
• SolidWorks proficiency
• Welding process knowledge & symbols
• Ability to work independently and in a team
