Job Description

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities: - Ensure effective PSF is done by CCEs as per script to achieve high contact percentage. - Maintain front office upkeep and ensure cleanliness of the customer receiving area. - Gather feedback from customers through cards and take necessary actions on dissatisfied customers. - Track complaints and generate reports on pending complaints. - Ensure compliance with complaints resolution procedures as per the system. - Organize customer meets and check-up camps to gather customer feedback. Qualification Required: - Diploma with 5 years of experience or Degree with 2 years of experience. Skills Required/Desired: - Communication and team building qualities. Attributes: - Honest and Integrity. Please note that the job type is full-time with a day shift schedule. The work location will be in person.,
