Job Description

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities: - Ensure effective PSF is conducted by Customer Care Executives (CCEs) according to the script to achieve a high contact percentage. - Maintain the upkeep of the front office and ensure cleanliness in the customer receiving area. - Gather feedback from customers through cards and take necessary actions to address dissatisfied customers. - Track complaints and generate reports on pending complaints. - Comply with the complaints resolution process as per the system in place. - Coordinate and organize customer meets. - Collect customer feedback during check-up camps. Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma with 5 years of experience or a Degree with 2 years of experience. Additional Company Details (if available): The position reports to the Works Manager. Required/Desired Skills: Communication & Team building quality. Attributes: Honesty Integrity. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in-person.,
