About the Job: We are looking for an Assistant Chef to help in daily kitchen work and food preparation. You’ll work with the main chef to cook Kerala, South Indian, and North Indian dishes. Main Duties: Help the chef in cooking and food preparation Keep the kitchen clean and organized Cut and prepare vegetables, meat, and other ingredients Follow hygiene and safety rules Manage stock and inform when items are running low Support in plating and serving food during rush hours Requirements: Basic cooking knowledge Experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen preferred Clean, disciplined, and hard-working Able to work as part of a team Ready to join immediately
