Assistant - Compliance Officer

We are seeking a dynamic Legal & Labour Welfare Executive who want to Kickstart his career with a dynamic Legal & Compliance role! in handling legal, welfare, and HR-related tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
(Training will be provided in case if fresher for all the tasks mentioned below)
Learn to manage Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and welfare funds.
Handle legal documentation and licenses, such as BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers) licenses, labour licenses, and insurance-related tasks.
Assist in managing compliance issues and legal matters involving government authorities.
Assist in municipality work, liaising with various government and regulatory bodies.
Tasks related to hospital cases, including paperwork and procedures for site incidents such as accidents or fatalities.
Assist in handling legal work at police stations, such as documentation, dispute resolution, or other site-related issues.
What We’re Looking For !
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
- Must own a bike and be comfortable with out of office work whenever required.
- Interest in legal, labour welfare laws and statutory compliances (training will be provided).
