Assistant Coach-Indian National Team - U16

As an Assistant Coach for the Indian National U16 Football Team for SAFF championship at All India Football Federation, your role will involve assisting the head coach in various aspects to develop a competitive and winning team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assist the head coach in developing and implementing training programs to enhance the team's fitness, skills, and abilities. - Help analyze opponent teams and devise tactics to counter their strengths and weaknesses. - Support the head coach in conducting team meetings to review past games, discuss strategies, and set goals. - Collaborate with team physicians and trainers to ensure players are in optimal physical condition and free from injuries. - Aid in player recruitment and evaluation for team selection. - Provide constructive feedback and support to players for skill improvement and reaching their full potential. - Coordinate with the administrative staff to ensure compliance with football regulations and guidelines. Qualifications required for this role include: - AFC A License. - Minimum of five years of coaching experience at the national or international level. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong leadership and motivational qualities. - Profound knowledge of football regulations, strategies, and tactics. - Ability to lead a team while fostering team unity. - Capability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Previous experience working with young players and developing their skills.,
