Job Description

As an Assistant Business Improvement Coordinator at HAECO, your role will involve supporting the Business Improvement Manager in implementing and communicating improvement activities to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the implementation of the HAECO Business Improvement Strategy as an active member of the Business Improvement team. - Assisting in facilitating, leading, and communicating improvement activities to embed a continuous improvement culture. - Utilizing analysis and benchmarking techniques to identify and quantify improvement opportunities within the business. - Maintaining regular communication with improvement teams to ensure progress and sustainability of improvement activities. - Supporting the arrangement of accreditation ceremonies, briefings, and improvement activities. - Monitoring the progress of improvement activities such as Greenbelt, Lean, CoE, project delivery, and training. - Participating in governance meetings, training, workshops, good practice visits, and coaching sessions. - Assisting in the preparation and update of relevant procedures, guidelines, standards, and reports related to business improvement activities. - Communicating with frontline staff and cell leaders to promote a positive attitude and active engagement in improvement activities. Qualifications Required: - No relevant experience required for fresh university graduates. - A recognized Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related disciplines (Fresh graduates are welcome). - Sound analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Knowledge in lean sigma will be an advantage. - Proactive, action-oriented, and approachable team-player. - Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
