Job Description: Assistant Branding Intern MarComm Assets Location: On-Site, NoBroker Loans Office Employment Type: Internship Duration: 36 months (with possibility of extension)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Assist in cataloguing, organizing, and structuring all marketing and branding assets (graphics, videos, documents) used for internal and external communication. Coordinate with teams to ensure all MarComm assets are up-to-date, accurately categorized, and accessible for campaigns, social media, and sales enablement. Support the creation of minor graphic assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Express as per brand guidelines (copy and content will be provided). Perform minimal video editing tasks, such as basic color grading on DaVinci Resolve or editing clips using Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects (proficiency in advanced editing is a plus but not mandatory). Maintain strict boundaries regarding work-life balancethere is a clear expectation to disconnect and respectfully decline any work requests made outside of office hours. Report directly to the Category Brand Manager, providing timely updates and seeking feedback as needed.

Requirements
Exposure to content creation, with a portfolio of previous work (internships, projects, freelance, or academic assignments preferred). Basic proficiency with Canva or Adobe Express; capability in other graphic tools is a plus. Familiarity with simple video editing and color grading workflows (experience with DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an added advantage). Highly organized approach to digital asset management; readiness to use structure and documentation tools for asset tracking. Strong communication, time management, and the ability to establish work boundaries during and after office hours. Willingness to learn and adaptability to evolving project requirements and feedback.
