Roles and Responsibilities

Manage agent recruitment, development, and retention to meet business targets.
Source new agents through various channels such as referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct regular training sessions for agents on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Analyze agent performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for growth.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., underwriting) to resolve issues related to policy issuance or claims processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
Strong understanding of life insurance products and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
