Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage agent recruitment, development, and retention to meet business targets.
  • Source new agents through various channels such as referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for agents on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
  • Analyze agent performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., underwriting) to resolve issues related to policy issuance or claims processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
