Promptly addressing customer complaints, queries, and escalations is essential, along with collecting feedback to enhance client service and operations. This is a full-time position with benefits including food, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a yearly bonus provided. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role, along with at least 2 years of experience in banking. The work location is in Davangere, Karnataka, and it is an in-person position.
