Assistant Branch Manager

You will be responsible for managing staff across multiple departments and monitoring operations to streamline processes. You will resolve customer queries and complaints, collecting feedback for improvement. Coordination with the finance department is crucial for accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards. Monitoring loans activities and performance, assisting in strategy changes when needed, and communicating risks to stakeholders for transparency are key aspects of the role. Promptly addressing customer complaints, queries, and escalations is essential, along with collecting feedback to enhance client service and operations.
