Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Sourcing: Identify and develop home loan leads through builders, real estate brokers, chartered accountants, DSAs, and other channel partners
Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly/quarterly disbursement goals for home loans/LAP i
Channel Management: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, ensuring a steady pipeline
Customer Engagement:
Understand customer requirements, explain product offerings
Assist with eligibility calculations for salaried and selfemployed borrowers
Guide clients through documentation until loan disbursement
Coordinate with Credit & Underwriting: Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing and smooth disbursements
Market Insight: Stay updated on local property valuations and prevailing loan interest rates
Portfolio Management & Cross-sale: Maintain a healthy loan book, manage post-disbursement relationships, and leverage referrals to grow business
Issue Resolution: Address borrower queries, resolve complaints, and maintain high service standards
