We are seeking individuals passionate about enhancing learning experiences and eager to contribute to a start-up journey with a significant impact. The Learning & Development (L&D) team is in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to facilitate the smooth delivery of learning programs. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, focusing on logistics, scheduling, and vendor management. It offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in L&D while enhancing operational and coordination skills. Candidates who can join us soon are encouraged to apply. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any stream - 1-2 years of working experience in the L&D space - Ability to manage end-to-end logistics of events with excellent planning and organizational skills - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to handle MIS, analysis, dashboards, and reporting - Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Effective liaison with multiple stakeholders and good interpersonal skills - Openness, flexibility, and willingness to travel as required - Understanding and basic usage of Open AI/ChatGPT Responsibilities: - Coordinate travel & logistics, participant and facilitator coordination for BCN Academy events - Support virtual and in-person sessions setup and delivery, including pre-session checks and technical troubleshooting - Track enrollments, attendance, and completions to ensure smooth program flow - Act as the primary contact for program participants, addressing queries, sharing pre-reads, reminders, and follow-ups - Assist facilitators and trainers with materials, set-up, and last-minute requirements - Gather and organize feedback from participants post-program - Provide onsite training management support when necessary - Maintain and update program trackers and calendars - Support internal process development and other priorities for BCN Academy - Organize L&D records and reports including attendance, feedback summaries, and invoices Bain & Company is committed to diversity, inclusion, and collaboration as the foundation for building extraordinary teams.
