Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant at AUTOCART. The Assistant will handle various tasks such as managing schedules, organizing files, and coordinating meetings. Additional responsibilities include assisting in customer service, handling communications, and supporting the daily operations of the office. This is an on-site or remote work role located in Jaunpur.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Customer service experience and skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Graduation required ; additional qualifications as an assistant or secretary will be a plus
