5) Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students to achieve high-level outcomes.
6) Ability to work collaboratively with department colleagues to develop and improve curriculum and programs.
7) Demonstrated ability to engage in service to the department, the university, the profession and/or the community.
