Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Planning: Assist in creating architectural designs, drafting preliminary project sketches, and preparing architectural plans under senior architects' guidance.
- Project Management: Contribute to project teams, fulfill various tasks, and help coordinate contractors' work.
- Communication: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other specialists, and present design ideas and project updates.
- Documentation: Compile project specifications, create detailed drawings, and submit documents for permits.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to check project status and ensure adherence to design plans.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from a program accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an architectural firm or related industry.
- Skills:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp
