Assistant Architect

As an Assistant Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. You will work closely with senior architects and project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in conceptualizing and designing architectural plans - Create detailed drawings and presentations using CAD software - Visualize and create 3D views using SketchUp or 3D Max - Research materials, regulations, and industry trends - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and contractors - Ensure projects comply with building codes and environmental considerations - Participate in client meetings and site visits **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other architectural software - Strong design and visualization skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations - 5 years of experience in architectural design (preferred) You will be working full-time in a day shift at our in-person work location.
