Assistant Architect

As an Assistant Architect, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, assisting in designing, planning, and executing architectural projects. Your role will involve collaborating with senior architects and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in conceptualizing and designing architectural plans - Create detailed drawings and presentations using CAD software - Visualize and create 3D views using SketchUp or 3D Max - Research materials, regulations, and industry trends - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and contractors - Ensure projects comply with building codes and environmental considerations - Participate in client meetings and site visits **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other architectural software - Strong design and visualization skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations - 5 years of experience in architectural design (preferred) In addition, the job is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus.
