Assistant Architect

As an accomplished Architect with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience, you will join our Pune-based team at Delta, a leading design practice. Your role will involve active engagement in the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization through to execution. You will be responsible for formulating design development studies, creating detailed drawings, collaborating with diverse consultants and stakeholders, conducting site visits, and working closely with other team members to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: - Actively engage in the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization through to execution - Formulate design development studies and create detailed drawings - Collaborate seamlessly with diverse consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders - Conduct site visits to evaluate design implementation and ensure quality of work - Collaborate with other team members from the studio Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and optionally 3D Max - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field - Good skills in architectural conceptualization, design development, and preparation of working drawings - Preference will be given to candidates with 3D visualization skills in addition to architectural design - Thorough understanding of materials and their applications - Prior experience participating in the end-to-end project process, from design to execution,
