Assistant Architect

As an accomplished Architect with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience, you will play a crucial role in our Pune-based team at Delta. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Actively engaging in the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution. - Formulating design development studies and detailed drawings. - Orchestrating seamless collaboration with diverse consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. - Conducting site visits to evaluate design implementation and ensure quality of work. - Collaborating with other team members from the studio. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and optionally, 3D Max. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. - Strong skills in architectural conceptualization, design development, and preparation of working drawings. - Preference will be given to candidates with 3D visualization skills in addition to architectural design. - A thorough understanding of materials and their applications. - Prior experience participating in the end-to-end project process, from design to execution.
