Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotel at The Grand Kalpakavadi Inn. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the hotel management team to ensure that the financial goals of the hotel are met. - Preparing financial reports for the hotel management team and ownership. - Reviewing and analyzing financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Developing and implementing financial plans and strategies. - Ensuring compliance with financial regulations. - Reviewing and approving hotel financial statements to ensure accuracy. - Overseeing the preparation of annual budgets and monitoring actual results against budgeted amounts. - Providing financial analysis and advice to hotel management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in overseeing financial operations in the hospitality industry. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
