Asset & Wealth Management Operations - Client Revenue Ops - Analyst - Bengaluru

Role Overview: You will be working in the institutional space of the Client Revenue Operations (CRO) team within Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM). The key functions of the role include overseeing institutional billing, managing fee schedules and client agreements, generating client management fee invoices, and ensuring accurate processing of invoices while focusing on building enhancements and efficiencies within invoicing workflows and systems. Key Responsibilities: - Review fee schedules and IMA agreements to optimize client invoicing solutions - Implement and generate client management fee invoices in accordance with client requirements and fee schedules - Dispatch invoices, account receivables, and manage general ledgers - Continuously enhance invoicing workflows and systems - Review and maintain internal policies and procedures to increase automation and scalability - Coordinate new clients and set up on internal and vendor systems - Ensure accurate calculation and processing of invoices - Identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in fee calculations - Maintain detailed records and documentation of fee calculations - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements - Provide management/board reporting and information for ad-hoc requests Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar industry, specifically within revenue functions - Knowledge of financial instruments, investment products, and industry regulations - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently - Strong problem-solving abilities - Exposure to project-based work, especially in delivering policy and process improvements Additional Company Details: Goldman Sachs is a leading global investment banking, securities, and investment management firm that is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
