As an Asset Servicing Intermediate Analyst at our company, you will be expected to handle most problems independently and have the ability to solve complex issues with some degree of freedom. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the reconciliation and processing of positions related to Corporate Action events - Revising communications, notifications, and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events - Developing client-specific service solutions and ensuring quality control - Performing multiple transactions of moderate complexity to enhance operational efficiency and productivity - Minimizing risk to the bank through compliance with procedural requirements, audit, and control policies - Participating in compliance-related procedures and controls activities - Collaborating with peers and product teams to develop solutions that align with departmental mission statements and create dynamic MIS - Participating in system testing, staying informed about product changes and system enhancements - Providing backup coverage and assistance to team members during high-volume work periods, as well as performing other duties assigned by the supervisor To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Basic to intermediate level experience in a related role - In-depth knowledge of securities processing and a solid understanding of hedge fund industry standards and practices - Effective communication skills with the ability to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information - Ability to work independently on problem-solving and analysis of hedge fund activities Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience If you have a disability and require accommodation to use our tools or apply for a career opportunity, please review the Accessibility at Citi guidelines.
