Asset Management - L2

As an Asset Management professional at our company in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the inventory and lifecycle tracking of IT assets. Your responsibilities will include: - Strong Working Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems - Proficiency in troubleshooting and navigating Windows-based environments - Understanding of ITIL Processes - Solid knowledge of ITIL framework, with hands-on experience in Incident Management, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and Change Management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including reporting, pivot tables, data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint - Asset & Inventory Management, including managing end-to-end inventory of all IT assets, performing regular cycle counts, and maintaining asset lifecycle tracking - Hardware Lifecycle & Warranty Monitoring, tracking hardware ageing, managing warranty/AMC contracts, and coordinating with leasing vendors for asset replacement - Asset Movement & Deployment Tracking, ensuring all installations and decommissions are tracked, updating the Asset Information Database, and monitoring all asset movements through request tickets - Software Compliance & Reporting, maintaining and reporting on the install base of standard software, providing regular and ad-hoc asset reports to management Qualifications required for this role include Graduation/Engineering in an IT background and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
