Asset Management - Intern (Dec'25, Feb/Mar'26) (Portfolio Monitoring)

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Asset Management team, supporting portfolio growth initiatives in the existing client base. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: - Work within the Asset Management team to conduct assessments of the bank's loan book for portfolio growth and client retention support. - Analyze data from various sources to provide insights for strategic discussions. - Collaborate with the portfolio management team to identify lending and cross-selling opportunities within the customer base. - Contribute to strategic projects involving financial analysis, business strategy, and market understanding. - Take ownership of your work, adopt an entrepreneurial mindset, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and the English language (spoken and written). - Strong understanding of financial statements, credit risk metrics, and ratios. - Experience in creating concise and analytical reports. - Personal qualities such as proactive nature, flexibility, creativity, result-driven mindset, responsibility, teamwork, and fast learning ability. - Hands-on attitude with the capability to comprehend the big picture. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment that embraces change and speed.
