Asset Management Analyst

You will be part of a team that specializes in bringing together traditional and alternative investments to provide clients worldwide with dedicated partnership and long-term performance focus. The primary investment area of the firm caters to leading pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, financial advisors, and individuals, overseeing over $2 trillion in assets under supervision. As an integral part of the team, your responsibilities will include coordinating with borrowers and guarantors to ensure adherence to reporting requirements, monitoring portfolio performance by spreading property-level financials, and accurately reporting loan and collateral level data in internal and third-party systems. You will be accountable for timely regulatory reporting, managing covenant and reporting requirements on asset level leverage, and ensuring the accuracy of data underlying real estate investment level analytics. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong academic background with a preference for an MBA, CFA, or CA qualification. Effective communication skills, both internally and externally, are crucial, along with the ability to manage relationships confidently. Being a team player, having strong project and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work under tight time constraints are essential. Experience with real estate modeling tools is advantageous.
