Job Summary
: A Sr. Technician of Assembly department in FAPL is a person who will conduct the inhouse production and assembly & dispatch of projects within targeted timelines.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing project assembly within targeted timelines.
Solve technical/ non-technical issues during assembly & monitor, highlight them to relevant dept. for rectification.
Manage technician & helpers team for assembly work/planning.
Inspect assembly method & parts quality during assembly & highlight in case of any issue.
Ensure Job card filling, final inspection, inhouse doc file filling against the project on daily basis.
Educate team on Technical/ non-technical trainings.
Maintain 5S at shop floor.
Educational Qualification:
ITI. in Mechanical Fitter.
Experience Required:
Required 3-5 years of experience as a Sr. Technician in Assembly/ tool room/ mechanical maintenance/ service department in Machine Manufacturing/ Automation Industries.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of assembly drawing / layout reading.
Strong working knowledge of all kinds of mechanical measurement & assembly tools.
Manpower handling & teamwork.
Problem solving skills.
In depth knowledge of machine leveling / alignment work.
Must have worked on machine assembly work.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Hard working and dedicated.
