Job Overview:
We are looking for an SMT Assembly Technician to operate solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI, and support end-to-end PCB assembly with high quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate SMT machines (printer, PnP, reflow)
* Load components, feeders, and perform line setups
* Inspect boards, run AOI/SPI, and perform basic rework
* Follow ESD, IPC, and process guidelines
* Maintain daily production and inspection logs
Requirements:
* ITI/Diploma in Electronics or similar
* Minimum 2 years SMT/PCB assembly experience
* Knowledge of SMT machines and basic soldering
* Able to read BOMs, assembly drawings, and follow work instructions
