Assembly Supervisor/Assembly Engineer((Immediate joiner preferable)

Job Title:

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the assembly of automation systems, robotics, and specialized industrial machines.
• Manage daily activities of the assembly team, assigning tasks according to production priorities.
• Ensure assembly processes comply with design specifications, technical drawings, and quality standards.
• Train and mentor assembly staff, providing guidance on complex machine assembly tasks.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and production planning teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Enforce safe operation of tools, machinery, and equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues (mechanical, electrical, or software-related) and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of assembly procedures and records.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in supervising assembly operations in automation or machine manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in automation equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in assembly processes.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards in machine manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  

Experience / Education Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the automation/machine tool or packaging machine manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in team handling.
• Diploma or ITI in relevant discipline.
• Computer proficiency in Project Libre and MS Office.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
