1. Receiving the monthly assembly plan from planning department for Regular, catalog, development & Service gearbox products .
2.Reduce In-house Gear Box rejection through 3C Container, Fire inspection, Self-inspector by operator
3.Monthly plan child parts stock, WIP details taken and informed to concern departments
4.As new gear Box Assembly technologies and practices arise the assembly in charge must be able to adapt fast and easily grip the concept that he will impart to the workers and reduce the new product lead time.
5. Achieving on time delivery through Daily Delivery Schedule gear Box cycle time reduction, First time right etc.,
6.Ensure safe working practices are maintained and Standard Operating process adhered.
Qualification: BE / Diploma
Exp: 7 to 12 Years
Field Exp: Gears and Gear Box Manufacturing Filed.
