• Read technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documents to build and assemble SPMs as per design specifications.
• Plan mechanical & pneumatic assembly tasks to ensure optimized efficiency. • Conduct initial testing and debugging to ensure machine functioning and adherence to performance specifications.
• Prepare and conduct regular internal training sessions to technicians.
• Work closely with design engineers, project managers, SCM team to meet project timelines and technical requirements.
• Provide feedback on designs and suggest modifications to optimize assembly processes and system performance.
• Prepare installation & commissioning plan with documentation.
• Should have clear understanding on 5S & Industrial safety.
• Ensure all systems are assembled and installed to meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Track assembly progress and report any issues or delays to management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the assembly processes and contribute to the refinement of assembly procedures and techniques.
